I am finishing the 4 week jump start program today. What is the best recommendation for what I should do next? Can I repeat the 4 week program again or is something else a better option?

Yes, you can continue to following the 4 week jump start of course OR depending on where you are at and if you want to take it to another level you can check out the 12 week super shred.
The super shred is an intense program and is ideally for those that have been doing some sort of working out.
